Glamping Pods and Cabins

What are glamping pods you ask? Well camping pods are small wooden cabins usually built in the shape of a tent or traditional caravan with a curved roofline that extends to the ground. They first came into play in the UK but can now be found all over Europe and North America.

Basic glamping pods will offer the feeling of regular camping but with a warm and dry structure to stay in. This in itself can be considered glamping since you’re not in a tent and have a bed to sleep in but often you have to bring your own bedding and other equipment.

However, not all pods are created equally. If you’re after a luxurious glamping pod experience with all the amenities there are plenty of options for that as well. Luxury camping pods come with all the bedding and equipment you need plus they often have an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen, deck and even a hot tub!
